1. ALL sales final: once a purchase is completed it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Defective/Damaged products: In an extremely rare event that a product arrives in a defective or damaged condition, please notify us immediately. You have 14 business days to contact us before the customer is considered at fault.

3. We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
